Bible Study

Sunday Bible Class

This is one of the most popular opportunities for people to grow in their knowledge of God and his Word, the Bible. All members are encouraged to attend. Conveniently scheduled between the two worship services during the school year (from 9:15–10:15 am), Bible Class runs the same time as Sunday School, enabling families with children to participate. Participants will enjoy the learning, group discussion, and fellowship that’s a part of each of our classes.  During the summer months (from Memorial Day to Labor Day weekend), Sunday Bible Class is held at 9:15 am.

Sunday School

During the school year, children from grades preschool – 8th grade are invited to participate in Sunday School from 9:30 – 10:30am.  Children are grouped by age in classes led by Divine Grace volunteers where they hear an age-appropriate Bible study, sing songs, and make crafts.

Bible Information Class

Adults who want to discover (or rediscover) the Bible’s basic teachings and the foundation for certainty in their faith will enjoy this class.  This class also prepares adults for membership in the church. Bring your questions and an appetite to learn!  BIC is offered two or three times per year. There is no cost or obligation. Call for dates and times.

Wednesday Morning Bible Class – Cancelled During COVID  (An evening mid-week Bible Study is available via Zoom)

Meets each Wednesday morning during the school year from 9:30-10:30 am. Topics include studies of various portions of the Bible and also topical studies based on God’s Word.

Interactive Faith Bible Study

WELS Adult Discipleship offers LIVE online Bible studies for use by congregations, small groups, or individuals to serve as a mid-week Bible study. Gather around the computer to join in fellowship and learn about the Bible with brothers and sisters in faith from around the country.  These 6-week studies are typically offered in October and February.  Look for details at www.wels.net.
