Rachel Nottling joined the teaching staff at DGLS in 2018. Rachel is the second of Pastor David and Linda Nottling’s five children. She attended school at Zion Lutheran (Chesaning, MI), St. John’s (Fox Lake, WI), Luther Preparatory High School (Watertown, WI), and Martin Luther College (New Ulm, MN).
In 2007, Rachel was assigned to teach grades Kindergarten-4th grade at Peace Lutheran School in Otsego, MI. Three years later, she accepted a call to Christ the King Elementary School in Palm Coast, Florida. In Florida she taught kindergarten and 3rd-4th grade. After four years of sun, Rachel made a cross-country move to the rainy climate of Port Orchard, Washington. There she served at Bethany Lutheran School as the 3rd-4th grade and upper grade reading teacher.
Rachel loves to spend time with her two nieces and six nephews (and the rest of her family). She loves to cook and try new recipes. She is a very talented teacher who treasures the opportunity to share God’s Word with His lambs here at Divine Grace!

Charlotte Huebner originates from Aurora, Colorado. There she lived for 4 years before moving to Waterloo, Wisconsin. She attended Lutheran grade school at St. John’s Lutheran School. Next her family moved to Sun Prairie, WI for work. There she continued her grade school education at Peace Lutheran School. She attended and graduated high school from Lakeside Lutheran High School in Lake Mills, WI. Teaching was always the future she envisioned since she was a child. Thus, Martin Luther College was the best fit to pursue working full time in God’s kingdom.
She graduated from MLC in May 2017 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, majoring in Elementary Education with a minor in physical education. At MLC she participated in mission trips, playing clarinet in the Wind Symphony, being a Track & Field athlete, a member of Student Senate and athletic advisory committee, playing intramurals, choir, organ, and piano.
Charlotte enjoys a variety of activities, especially being outdoors, hiking, biking, reading, listening to music, playing piano, and more. Her craziest hiking experiences have taken her to dormant lava tubes in Idaho and the Canadian Rockies. She loves traveling and loves to learn- so she is excited to learn mountains of knowledge and wisdom from everyone she meets.
