Divine Grace is committed to integrating technology throughout our academic program to provide students with technological savvy that will benefit them in high school, college, and beyond. Technology enhances the learning experience and provides additional opportunities to meet the needs of diverse learning styles. Students are actively engaged, supported, and motivated in ways not possible through other teaching strategies.
Students learn keyboarding, research, and develop presentation skills using classroom computers and a computer lab (grades 3-8). Tablets are used in the K-4th grades to provide early access to technology.
Interactive technologies, including SMART Boards for grades K-8, allow faculty to enhance the education of our students. Divine Grace’s teachers use SMART Boards, essentially interactive whiteboards, to work animations or short videos, graphics and other demonstrations into their lessons to draw and hold students’ attention.
