Easy Steps to Apply for K-8 at Divine Grace Lutheran School:
- Fill out the Enrollment Application form (both pages).
- Turn in the Enrollment Application to the school office as soon as possible.
- The School Board will review your application.
- Upon approval, you will receive a letter or phone call with directions regarding the enrollment/registration process.
- Remember, ALL new students need to submit a completed Health Appraisal form (including doctor’s physical and updated immunization record), and a copy of the student’s birth certificate before the first day of school.
